Cupcake Decorating Class

We are looking at some of the activities on the Anthem for our upcoming trip.  Was wondering if anyone has done the Cupcake Decorating class.  If so, could you please give some information about how it is done?  Is it suitable for an 8 year old?

I took the class on Allure. It was ok, but I think an 8-year old would enjoy it. They may need assistance with some parts but I think it would be a lot of fun for them. For me, it was "meh".

Once onboard go sign up for the time and day you want (or this is how it was done when we took the class)...They usually have a class that's geared more for kids and one for adults....The difference is what the theme will be. Our adult one was a burger and fries.....kids something easier.
