Does anyone know if...

Does anyone know if you can get four people in a cab or should we take two cabs or a van in Miami? We're unsure if they will let someone sit up front with the driver.

i have ridden up front with the driver many times in a cab

4 should fit getting TO the ship but might not fit on the ride FROM the ship....too much good food

You can get four people in a sedan cab, IF the driver allows someone to sit in the front passenger seat. I have been allowed to sit in the front passenger seat before, no problem. However, if everyone in your party has luggage, you may not be able to fit all the luggage in a sedan and may want to request a van. The dispatcher at the Miami airport taxi station may request you take a van. There are plenty of vans at the airport.
