SteadyBetty Posted August 14, 2019 #1 Share Posted August 14, 2019 Say I am reading an interesting, lengthy thread, but don't finish it because I have some errands to run. I return to the thread to finish reading it, but don't want to wade through all posts until I find where I left off earlier. is it possible to do this? How? Thanks! Rare Turtles06 Posted August 14, 2019 #2 Share Posted August 14, 2019 (edited) Don’t close your browser window. As a general matter, you can get to the most recent unread post in a thread from the forum listing by clicking the bold blue circle (or star if you’ve posted in the thread) to the left of the thread title. And you can get to the most recent post by clicking the time or days showing at the far right of the thread title under the avatar of the most recent poster. Rare broberts Posted August 14, 2019 #3 Share Posted August 14, 2019 (edited) Using your browser bookmark / favorites feature you can save the last post / page visited. To be able to go back to the last page visited bookmark the page. On a pc in Chrome simply click the star outline at the far right of the address. I generally save such bookmarks in a folder on the bookmarks bar With an additional step it is possible to mark the last post read. Again on a pc in Chrome, click on the post number in the top right corner. This will navigate to a new page with the post at the top. Bookmark the page. To get back to that post simply click on the link. Edited August 14, 2019 by broberts
