I’m going to hit the river walk mall. If Nordstrom Rack is open I want to check it out. If not I’m just heading down the Hilton riverside at the other end to grab some charbroiled oysters at dragos.

Nordstrom Rack was open. I went there because it seems I left my mobile charger at home. Without that I’m going to be dead in the water..or at least my phone will. I’ve found Nordstrom Rack has pretty good prices on chargers, charging cables, and headphones. Ray Bans as well if you’re in the sunglass market.

Do you have time to stroll down Decatur St, past the Cabildo towards Cafe DuMonde? We spent 3 summers in a row staying in hotels in the Quarter. I love that area.

The original Drago’s in Metairie is where the charbroiled oysters were invented. Now you can get them everywhere. In December I had them at ACME when I did the park n cruise at Country Inn & Suites.

I noticed this straw is white on the inside. So I did a little investigating. I think we’re dealing with a paper straw in disguise.

Tell them you will sit at the oyster bar.  It was soooo worth it.  We had a blast and got in about 15 minutes+ faster.  Oh, those char grilled oysters......
