Question about canceling ship

I have cruise booked for April in a grand suite with my grand daughter and daughter. If I am not able to go can my grandson replace me if its before final payment?

Yes, you can change any passenger's name up to 24 hours before the cruise, as long as at least one passenger from  the original booking remains.
