Recording Olympics to watch after PG cruise next year

Well, this may be a silly question and one that probably very rarely gets asked, but I typically am not to concerned about tv shows and series but I am huge into the Olympics.  I noticed that the Tuamotus cruise and FP trip runs the entire duration of the 2020 Olympics.  What is the best way to re-watch each days events upon return?

I see no one has replied.  I've done this before, for skating events and winter olympics.  Just make sure to get the broadcast schedule in its entirety, and then set your PVR to record them, being careful to record them individually (I think that would be best).  If you don't have a PVR, then you're out of luck, but probably can see some events on youtube by the time you return.
