Got a call from Azamara Shore Excursions

Delivery issues and information sharing are paramount when offering shore excursions.

 

Example:  Azamara's parent company, RCCL, is apparently unaware that there are contracts in place and tours offered by Cycle Gisborne for Journey's Feb. 1 visit.  Voyage Planner does not currently offer these tours - too bad, because the vendor has assured me that the tours are proving popular, confirmed by bookings from another ship visiting Gisborne that day.

 

An email from RCCL this morning tells me "not all tours are available on every ship."  Cycle Gisborne assures me "We have definitely allocated two tours to your ship and assigned bicycles."

 

I'm giving Voyage Planner two weeks to catch up.  Let the games begin.
