Joy difference between BA and BC

 is there a size difference or just the deck? The BA I am looking at is on deck 13, the BC on deck 10 both angled cabins mid ship.

Probably just the deck, as NCL will designate one as a higher "level" based on location

could be the balconies are smaller, you might be under something noisy or above something noisy .... deck level has nothing do do with ranking grade.  I got upgraded from an inside cabin on deck 11 to a porthole on deck 4, its all in how NCL determines what they think the higher grade is.
