Regular passport renewal arrived in 4 weeks

My stepson just renewed...regular renewal...mailed out passport sept 4th....received new passport 2 days ago  and new passport card today...so approx 4 weeks.

It's amazing how quickly they arrive when you are not in a hurry to get them!  I got mine in about the same amount of time, and I did it at the beginning of the summer.
