cucadodger Posted October 22, 2019 #1 Share Posted October 22, 2019 Does anyone have the menus for 5 day Cabo on the Royal. I am trying to decide best day to book specialty restaurant.
partybarbie Posted October 22, 2019 #2 Share Posted October 22, 2019 I don't have the menu's, but the first and last night were the same as the 7-day Mexico cruises. The second night was a formal night, but no lobster. On the third night (the overnight in Cabo) we ate in the pizza restaurant. On the fourth night we ate at Crown Grill, so I'm no help on the main dining room restaurant. It may have been Italian though because I did see some of the waiters in the striped shirts that they wear on that night.
cucadodger Posted October 22, 2019 Author #3 Share Posted October 22, 2019 Thank you. I was looking for the Italian night, that’s the night I go to the crown grill.
jondfk Posted October 22, 2019 #4 Share Posted October 22, 2019 (edited) We did the 5 day Cabo on September 29th, as I recall . . . Night 1 - The usual welcome aboard dinner. Prime Rib for me. Flourless chocolate cake for dessert. Night 2 - As noted above was the formal night, but as noted, no lobster. My wife I believe had Shrimp Dianne. Night 3 - Didn't go to the MDR this night, was Bavarian Night in the Buffet (which was quite good IMHO, though not a single one of the "Octoberfest" beers were German!). This was the overnight day in Cabo so the ship was probably half full during the dinner period. Night 4 - Italian night. I had the short rib (yum). Wife had the CC special which was a stuffed chicken breast. Night 5 - The new 'landfall' menu which includes NY Steak in green peppercorn sauce if I recall. Hope this helps fill in some gaps.
