Cash deposit

If you put cash deposit down and don't spend it do you get it it back as cash at the end of the cruise?  I know you do on the other lines but was not sure about MSC.  Thanks in advance.

Yes, you will get the balance back in cash. We registered our credit card and put Euro into our on-board account during the cruise. We thought that they will put the balance onto our credit card but we were told that they had to give us back in cash (Euro) since we used cash. This was on Meraviglia (Baltic Sea cruise) in September 2019.
