diamond + on the Spectrum sailing from Hong Kong what to expect ?

We became diamond + on our previous cruise, we will be sailing in January from Hong Kong on the Spectrum, so this is our first diamond + cruise.... I have heard that most staf on these Chinese build ships will not know what diamond +is, not that it is that important but we got used to have a drink in the lounge, which makes it so easy to have a chat. We also love to have our morning coffee in the same lounge, so quiet. And finally we can sit on those "best" seats in the theater but …. not on this cruise ?? I noticed that all activities as North Star, Ifly, skypad are charged ( which was not the case when we cruised earlier this year out of Sydney on the Ovation ) and I am not able to find a Diamond lounge on the Spectrum …..

Can anyone tell me what to expect.

Very different than sailings outside of Chinese market.
