HAS ANYONE USED "TEQUILA BEACH TOURS" TO GO TO BACALAR?

My hubby & I want to go on a shore excursion to Bacalar & I found one that sounds great from "Tequila Beach Tours".

Has anyone taken any tours from them?  If so, what was your experience like?

I have never taken a tour from Tequila Beach.  The beach itself is the first stop for the tram from port.  They and the guys from next door Corona Beach, pester the heck out of you to stop at their place.  Neither food nor service there is great. Prices tend to be higher than other places in Mahahual.  The owner has a financial interest in the port and other places in the area.  Not a bad thing in and of itself, and his $$$ have been beneficial to the area.  At one time Tequila Beach was THE watersports beach club.

 

But I have zero idea on any tours they may offer.

Hello! I understand that Tequila Beach Club and Tequila Beach Tours are 2 different things, one is the beach club restaurant and the other is a different operator that offers tours and excursions in Costa Maya.
