When does costa issue tickets..

Hello everyone,

 

I was wondering when does costa issue tickets , im due to sail December 17th and i have not yet recieved my tickets or cabin number..

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Costa send out your cruise ticket, luggage label's any time from four weeks any later than 14 days phone them. Your guaranteed cabin number may not even be given to you until booking in at the terminal, the later it is the better chance of an up-grade.

Going on Costa on Tuesday, received my ticket just over a week ago. On Mycosta be sure to look under Mycruise your ticket will be there when they send it.

Did they send an email so you know it's there, or do you need to just check back periodically?

No email with your tickets, but if I remember they send you some form of paperwork (possibly contract) via email the same day. I would start checking on MyCosta by the end of November / early December.
