eZAir component on Princess Cruises website

Has anybody had problems connecting with the eZAir component on the Princess Cruises website when booking a cruise.  Every time I try to connect through their link, it does not connect.  I sat at the computer for over 10 minutes as did my partner on her computer.  I have also cleared my search history after each time that I'm on the internet.  I have mentioned this to Princess Cruises with a negative result.  Any ideas.

I have trouble with Firefox when opening up a link and have found using Chrome or Edge as a solution.

I've had the same problem with EZair & I use google chrome. Trying to find the price for flights Brisbane to Adelaide to join cruise on 25th Jan.  All I get is the thingamajig spinning around in circles, no connection.😖
