How early could I catch a flight out of Jacksonville Airport

We are planning a last minute cruise out of Jacksonville Port and can get some pretty good rates out of Jacksonville airport home. How early do you think I could catch a flight??? Is the airport far from the port???

While an earlier flight would be theoretically possible [if you choose self-assist/all the pax pay their bills before debarkation/no "customs hassles"/a cab is waiting for you dockside/no traffic on the way to the airport], it'd be possible to go earlier. I'd look for a 12:30pm [or later] flight. No reason to cause undue stress on "debarkation day".

..is the time it would take you to get to the airport if all conditions are right. If you have the day in jacksonville, I would HIGHLY recommend going to St. Augustine for the day...a nice way to end your vacation.:)

It's 12 miles from the Port to the airport, so I would allow at least 30-45 minutes with morning traffic.
