Hi,

I have booked my ticket for the New York to Southampton transatlantic crossing on QM2 of Dec 8-Dec15 2019. I am a Platinum-tier member.

Since I became a Platinum member, I noticed I was always offered a $200 onboard credit for each of my crossings but this time I was offered a $100 credit.

I was curious to see if anybody else has had the same experience or if somebody knew the reason for this change?

Thank you,

OBC does not come from Platinum Status .

OBC comes from things like:

The Cunard Sale Promo that you booked under.

Your TA (gift)

Group Amenity

Shareholder Credit

Military Credit

Cunard Good Will (previous cruise problem)

Future Cruise Deposit

Hint :

Cunard allows most all of these OBC’s to be “stacked”.
