existentialtraveler Posted November 27, 2019 #1 Share Posted November 27, 2019 We were at BEACH LIMERZ once again on November 6, 2019. We had another GREAT TIME there! But don't take my word for it. Check out the youtube video and see for yourself. Great beach + great food + great drinks + great service + great people = A GREAT DAY!
bostonfred Posted December 3, 2019 #2 Share Posted December 3, 2019 Great video.....a couple of questions...beach looks tiny, does it get too crowded? Also, we spend most of day in water, so is sand soft, any coral?....loved Darkwood last year, but water got a little rough and had steep drop off entering water and got deep quick..thanks😎😎

We leisurely walked down the beach for 20 minutes or so and did not get to the end. I would estimate that it is maybe a mile long...maybe a little less. We have been to Beach Limerz many times, and I have never seen it crowded. The sand is soft, a few rocks in the water but not many, and no steep drop as there is at many Antigua beaches. We have been to Darkwood Beach, Valley Church Beach Jolly Beach and they are nice , but this one is nicer. Of course, opinions vary!:)

I am glad you enjoyed the video. If you go to Beach Limerz, tell Gail and Barry ( the owners) that Kim and Toni recommended Beach Limerz. It will make them smile. aquidneck1 Posted December 19, 2019 #6 Share Posted December 19, 2019 We went to Beach Limerz in December and indeed it is an amazing spot. When we were there the sand had been washed out and the beach in front of the property was not available for the chairs. Instead, the chairs were all above the rocks. This was slightly inconvenient. Apparently this happens to the beach once in a while and then within a few weeks, it fills back in. Just something to be aware of.
