Shore Excursions reopening??

Hey all, 

Just wondering has anyone ever seen a shore excursion that was sold out reopen before sailing?  Does NCL offer waiting lists at all, would calling in to the shore excursion desk help at all maybe?

sometimes they are cancellations that will open up bookings for the shore excursions. depending on how popular it is, they might be a waiting list onboard the ship

They always hold back some for pax booking when on board.

Bio Bay in Puerto Rico

Does anyone know who NCL uses for the Bio Bay trip, what tour operator?  Just got off the phone with NCL shore excursion desk and they said that it was taken down as it was not being offered yet on the cruise as they were still in discussion with the tour operator.  Not sure if this is true or not but it was better then being told it was sold out.
