Cozumel Tipping at Mr. Sancho's

Tipping at Mr. Sancho's  , I will be going on my first excursion to Mr. Sancho's. Trying to decide when to tip, at the start, end, or during ( or a combination of the three ). I want to tip at the start so they will keep check on me, but also want them to earn it too. Suggestions?

I would just tip at the end.  That's what a tip is.  It's a gratuity for a job well done.  They will take care of you!

We tip at the end of the day - usually 15-20% of the AI admission for good service - works out to about $8-10 per person.

 

A few singles will help you to get better service at the swim-up bar.  Enjoy!

We tipped at the end. We were checked on very frequently...the service was great. Ask for Mateo.
