Internet Package

Hello!  Taking 2 teenagers away for a quick trip over Christmas on the SKY.  They will be paying for their own internet packages.  I would like to book it before to get them the lower price.  Will the social media plan allow them on SnapChat and Instagram?  I can find plenty of info that says they can get on FaceBook, but them using FaceBook is like all of us using a rotary phone apparently :)  Any experience?  We will be on the Sky.  Thanks in advance!
