Simply hotel vs Grande Hotel?

Silversea newbie here.

What is the difference between a post-cruise "Simply Hotel" vs. "Grande Hotel"?
Our Nov 2020 Silver Origin Galapagos cruise ends in Guayaquil and there are two options listed.
How would you choose?

The Simply hotel tends to be a chain such as Marriot etc 

 

The Grande Hotel tends to be the "Landmark" property in that City.

 

Both will be 5*
