What about breakfast?

All the talk regarding eateries has focused on specialty dining restaurants and the lack of the traditional Main Dining Room and trough... uh I  mean "buffet"

 

Has anything been published regarding breakfast?  

 

Will all of those specialty restaurants also serve lunch?

There's a Brunch place and a coffee counter. I would imagine breakfast would be served in the not-a-buffet. I would also imagine some of those places serve breakfast and lunch. It would be silly to have them closed/unused otherwise.

Yes, I would hope many of the restaurants will be open for lunch on sea days... and a few open on port days.
