MDR OPEN AND CLOSE TIMES

Going on Feb 2 sailing of Encore.

Can anyone tell me when the MDR  open and close for breakfast and dinner.

On our cruise the only times we can prebook are 5:30 & 8:30.  If we show up at 7:30, will we be seated or will there be a wait until the change over?

The MDR, Taste/Savor, is normally 7-9, port days and 7:30-9:30 on sea days. Manhattan and Taste/Savor are 5-9:30, that’s what the dallies say for Bliss, which should be the same

All the restaurants work like regular ones on land. They take some reservations (more will open up once you're on board) but also walk-ins. Most of the time you're seated right away, but if you come at a busy time or with a large group you may have a wait (and they even have those buzzer pucks if it's more than 5 mins or so).

Manhattan was 5-9, Savor 5:30 to 9:30 and Taste 5:30 to 10:00. A few times we tried to get into Manhattan but were told to go to Taste or Savor. We were never given a beeper for waiting. We did eat in Manhattan a few times, once got right in and once waited a few minutes. We were a group of 4.
