The OP arrival date into St Maarten was changed and they did arrive but not on the scheduled day. Once I knew of the date change I would have contacted Bernards immediately and changed the date/time. Sounds like OP didn't....right?

that is correct he didn't contact them nor was he aware of the rebooking - wondering if Bernard did try to contact OP to confirm date change and new booking - so sad that they missed out on this tour due to lack of good communication on both parts.
