Playa Mia add ons?

I have a basic package booked for Playa Mia in April. Is there an option to upgrade to the buffet and open bar when we arrive? If so, what is the price range? I want to see how everyone feels before we decide.

Thanks! Yes, I have been on their website a number of times. I booked through the cruise line however.
