VentureMan_2000 Posted February 7, 2020 #1 Share Posted February 7, 2020 I'm getting excited for my upcoming cruises in May and June on the Miracle. The Carnival Miracle's next dry-dock is scheduled for 2/14/20 - 3/04/20... That's nearly 3 weeks, which is long for a dry dock. The ship should look new for my upcoming cruises. Carnival shows "Coming Soon" the following new features: Guy's Burger Joint, BlueIguana Cantina, Carnival's WaterWorks, Red Frog Rum Bar, and the BlueIguana Tequila Bar. I'm hoping the cabin beds get updated... and perhaps the carpeting too. And God forbid I cruise in a rusty hulled ship -- they better get that straightened out! Anyone have any insight as to what they normally change out during dry dock ? Is the cabin bedding and carpeting updated ? Hallway carpeting ?
Buckimion Posted February 8, 2020 #2 Share Posted February 8, 2020 Carnival is likely selling the 'sizzle.' Hotel upgrades/repairs just are not that flashy, but are to be expected.
