Seaside YC Lounge Access Points

Yes, still another Seaside YC question...

 

It's not clear to me on the deck plans, but can you get into the YC lounge from deck 16 YC cabin halls or do you have to go up to 18 and enter the YC restaurant on 18 and take the curved stairs back down to the YC lounge on 16?

You can enter the TopSail Lounge on both decks.

But only on the starboard passageway on Deck 16.

We'e on the port side so I guess I'll just burn a few exercising calories walking over to the other side before inbibing in more alcoholic calories 😉

Very true. IMO, on Seaside YC, any deck, any side, all cabins are in a good location. When you walk out of your cabin door, you're right where the action is (although still fairly quiet if noise bothers you). You're either a short walk to the restaurant, a deck or two below the pool deck, near the concierge, or by the Top Sail lounge. I really like the Seaside YC layout. And, you have the rest of the ship right outside your door.

Agree. We have two more cruises in the YC on the Seaside this year and are really looking forward to them.

This will be our first MSC cruise but I've heard enough to know that YC is the way to go.  Longtime Princess cruisers looking forward to trying other lines...
