AlaskaBaked Posted March 1, 2020 #1 Share Posted March 1, 2020 I screwed up and the Disney beach excursions are all booked. So we’ll have to venture out on our own. What do we do about towels? thanks!

What do we do about towels? thanks! Generally, there's a bin with towels at the exit off the ship you can pick them up. If you want them before you head out (so that you can pack them up before joining the line up off the ship) just pick some up at the pool. Note - be sure to bring them back. DCL is the only cruise line we've been on that doesn't require signing towels out and back in (or you get charged for them), so let's keep it that way by returning them. AlaskaBaked Posted March 1, 2020 Author #3 Share Posted March 1, 2020 Thank you! (I don’t know how to quote). We would, of course, bring them back. Can you imagine being the type of guest that would 1) not return something they borrowed or 2) leave something like a towel on a beach? I’m a Colorado girl so we’re VERY careful about leaving the smallest footprint wherever we go. 🙂
Rare cantgetin Posted March 8, 2020 #4 Share Posted March 8, 2020 DCL typically had a bin at the gangway both when you are leaving and when you return. This allows you to drop the used towels before you re-board the ship and not have to carry them around to your room or the pool deck bins. We often get them from the pool deck the night before, but always take advantage of dropping off the used ones before boarding.
