kajunkel225 Posted March 9, 2020 #1 Share Posted March 9, 2020 We are scheduled to cruise in Oasis April 5th. I have not decided if we are going to postpone but we did purchase travel insurance when booking our cruise. Has anyone tried to cancel or postpone through Royal and have you run into any problems because you bought travel insurance? I read a post on Facebook claiming Royal told them they would have to go through insurance instead of new 48 hour policy. Thanks for any input
Rare Oceansaway17 Posted March 9, 2020 #2 Share Posted March 9, 2020 If you are asking if you are less than 48 hr, then contact insurance co and and ask. But if over 48 hours. Please read my thread on "I was successful..."
tropiclvrs Posted March 9, 2020 #3 Share Posted March 9, 2020 Regarding the insurance....If we decide to cancel before the 48hrs, will they reimburse us for the insurance that was also bought through them? Or will it be applied as FCC?
