Can't comment of size, but usually will have the normal 2 chairs and table, PLUS 2 chaise lounge chairs, and sometimes a second table.  Trying searching for Jewel 8670 cabin, and you will find some images online that will give you a good idea of size.  Radiance class aft balconies are the best!!

Our family had all the aft balcony cabins on deck 9 on Jewel last summer.  I was in 9660 which is one deck up and one over from 8670.  It was outstanding!!!  Very large balcony with two chairs, two loungers and a table.  I have recently become a convert to those aft-facing balcony cabins...cannot be beat!
