Tampa prepaid valet non-refundable?

I just had to cancel my Apr 18 cruise on Brilliance of the Seas because I have diabetes and I don't think they'll allow me to board.  I pre-purchased valet parking for $95.  Went to the website and all my documents and don't see a way to get a refund.  The parking pass is also the contract and it says non-refundable.  Given the changing landscape in the last week, anyone know if there is a change in policy that would allow a refund?  Advice on what to do?

Have you contacted  them to ask?

I would call the parking company. Royal and Carnival both sail from Tampa and they won't be sailing for the next few weeks. Hopefully you get your refund

If parking garage company won’t refund, talk to your credit card company.
