For those whose cruise already cancelled for March

If your cruise was cancelled in March with NCL and you used your cruise next deposits- Did you take the refund and get the cruise next deposits back as a refund or where they put back for your future cruise next deposits?? Just wondering how NCL is handling it.  Thanks!

The cruise next certificates that I used for my cancelled 3/15 cruise are back in my NCL account.

I had used two cruise next deposits and they were both refunded, along with two FCC (100% and 25) last week. You should have received an email as well from NCL pertaining to this too.

My April 5th cruise was cancelled at the same time as these March cruises.  Currently still waiting to get the FCC email and the two Cruise Next deposits back.    Hoping we get ours soon.

Are the expiration dates for your cruise next certificates extended since there are missed months that they cant even be used?

I'm not sure, but I doubt it. I bought mine last March (3/19) and they show an expiration date of 3/23.
