Any recommendations on a shuttle company to take a group of 30-40 from a Miami Airport Hotel to the cruise port?

I would call Larry's Limos to see what options they can offer.  I would also call the hotel to see if they can suggest a local transport provider they trust.

 

You could also split your group up into about 8+ UberXLs for about $30+ per vehicle.  Same fare for taxi vans if you prefer not to use Uber - ask the hotel desk to call the cabs as they know who is reliable.
