I changed my post and that changed the meaning.  What I meant to say unlikely any of the three possibilities will happen and unlikely the 100 days will be shortened and like the original no sail order was extended to now July 24 not sure but, think it will be extended again as it will not be safe by that time to sail.

 

Sorry for the confusion I created.  When we edit, have to make sure we don't change the meanings.
