Choosing FCC before final payment was due

We took advantage on Princess gift card promotion and applied this to an Alaskan cruise which has been cancelled before final payment was due.

 

If we took a refund, I assume it’s going back to the gift cards so it doesn’t really help us.

 

Is it possible for us to choose FCC to get the extra credit?

Maybe go to the option form online, enter your booking number and see if it allows you to select that option???

If you hadn't paid in full it states on the form you will get a refund. Option one was for paid in full even if it was before final payment. I used a significant amount of gift cards and was told they get refilled no cash refund so I took option one.
