MSC UK: Anyone got a refund

Has anyone received their refunds from MSC for cruise on 22/04/2020 on the PREZEOSIA.

My TA is fobbing me off with all different excuses and i was told i would have to wait 120 days to receive this money which has long past and i am now being told that they have no intention of any refunds before the end of September or beyond whenever beyond is!!!  Is there anyone out there who knows where i can complain

As I posted before I got my refund within 3 months of cancelling. I complained to ABTA and the next day I was advised that my refund had been processed. I booked direct with MSC but if your TA is a member it might work. Good luck!

Received ours middle of July for this cruise from Cruise 1st, have you tried your credit card issuer ?

Did you speak to ABTA direct as i cannot find a  telephone number and the website said it is not taking any calls.Also a written complaint may take up to 50 days for a reply so it seems i am in a catch 22 situation.

Unfortunately i have not got a credit card so cannot pursue that option.Looked at complaining via ABTA but cannot phone them and written letters are taking up to 50 days to process, I have found out who the CEO of my Travel Agent is and also his email address so i am going to try that option tomorrow.

No I didn't speak to anyone. I did an online complaint and uploaded a load of emails from MSC. I got advised my refund was on the way a day later and received I marked xomplaint as resolved.
