I have never did this type of dining. Is it possible to get the same wait staff each night? Is there still the singing and dancing waiters?

The wait staff still sings and dances. You can request the same wait staff each night. You might encounter a slight wait depending on what time you choose to dine that night.

We have done it several times and nver asked. They seat you as you come in so be hard for them to save a table till you showed up.

You should be able to walk up and request a particular table or section. It’s easier to get a specific table earlier.
