That's the bottom line. And even those who storm off in a temper tantrum like a 5 year old.... complaining about wait times or incompetent minimum wage call center personnel... will be back. Think about it... minimum wage call center personnel who get yelled at from the time they start their shift to the time they get off work. That could be my kid answering the phone... a kid that can't go out to pick up McDonalds for lunch without screwing up the order... and I am going to hand that kid $5000 of my hard earned money and hope they get it right...
