Schatzie45 Posted May 11, 2020 #1 Share Posted May 11, 2020 We were scheduled to be on Ovation of the Seas leaving about a week ago from Honolulu, of course it got cancelled, we took the FCC, and re-booked for September for the reverse itinerary ending in HNL, got our email with the FCC, and today after being on hold for total of 2 1/2 hours and being switched over to 3 different departments so we could apply it to our new reservation, they said that the amount was wrong.So now they have to work on it, and will get back to me????
