Yes, I was referring to an Owner's Suite and those fares seem to be set in stone.  On this cruise, there is availability in all categories except the OS.  In the past, availability of a particular category/level - not just a price drop - has been a prerequisite for Oceania to grant OBC and/or FCC.  On the other hand, considering what you get, it's not a bad price.

There are two Marina cruises in September 2021 - Stockholm to Amsterdam 9/8/21 and Amsterdam to Lisbon 9/20/21. I believe that the person being a bit coy is on the latter.
