FCC errors

So finally after 6 emails to casinoinquiries@ncl.com the supervisor fixed my account.  He said it was there all along but I don't believe it cause it magically appeared yesterday , 30 days after it was supposed to be on my account.  All of my 25% bonus used on my rebooked cruises that were canceled has been returned to my account. .

 

 

I now have 21 different certificate numbers in my account to apply to future cruises, but at least I have all the numbers and amounts

How many canceled cruises-  did you have,  to have that many FCC?   It may be some are Cruise Next deposits?      I thought I was bad=  with 8- NCL canceled cruises,  plus,  1 I used the Peace of Mind promotion.   🙂      I have 3 more cruises booked this year,  that I fully expect to be added to the list.  🙂

4 cruises cancelled so far and I had cruisenext also but they were returned and then put on my next cruise (if it happens)

And that added up to 27 credits???      Must have returned in multiple amounts?

I just have a basic question about FCC I was told my NCL rep that FCC can only be used for certain things. They let me upgrade my drink package to premium with it but I could not purchase a weekly spa pass or specialty restaurants package. What can you purchase with the FCC?
