Mardi Gras refunds

Could anyone recently canceled on Mardi Gras post when the get their refund. We had 7 cabins booked and so far received $100 from one payment I made through PayPal.

We were cancelled for our January 2021 booking, but opted to rebook for January 2022. Plan to put the $600.00 on board credit to liquid use. Going to try RCCL HOS for 2021.

Received the shore excursions refund today.

My January Mardi Gras cruise is still showing up on my cruise manager ..lol We are still deciding if we want to take the fcc or get a refund of our deposit. Did you request a refund?

I did manually cancel the Cheers drink package and received the refund yesterday, in less than a week's time after I cancelled it.

 

Also, I submitted a refund request for our March Horizon cruise on July 7 and received our refund yesterday. Looks like they are processing refunds much quicker now.

On July 7th, I requested a refund for my deposits a total of $1,500 for my canceled November 2020 Mardi Gras cruise. Received refunds yesterday. That's 10 days, fastest refunds I've seen yet, except for Virgin Voyages (those were done in 24 hours).
