Had booked a cruise in oct 2019 for St Petersburg and the Baltics on Columbus, for September 2020... but owing to Covid..... in March I transferred it to Sept 2021 paying the additional Admin Fee. As I could not contact the Travel Agent...... now C&M have gone into Administration.... Does Anyone know if my deposit will be refunded....or will I have to claim back on Credit Card.....have tried repeatedly to contact Travel Agents today and previously for months who wont even reply to my emails.
