I am standing on a Rail bridge, photos taken each way. Do you know location?

 

These photos were taken in 2011, since then our son in law is a DIDO (instead of a FIFO) to this location. That is my first clue.

Correct, We have driven this road many a time and there are always at least 2 - 3 coal trains on the tracks. I believe it is a marshaling yard. If you check google street view, you can also see the long trains adjacent to the road through the town.
