How long does FCC take?

We used a discount TA for a December cruise.  Now we need to do something.  It is simple enough to lift and shift to next December.  However, the TA has that same sailing with a better room selection than RC has online.  If we were to take the FCC, how long will it be until it is ready for us to use so we can book the cruise with the online TA.  We would rather have the better room location.

While I am at it, anyone know if drink packages are part of the 125% Cruise Planner Purchases?  Will they just refund the drink package, or give us the 125% credit for the next cruise?

Last months cancellations had the FCC’s issued a couple days before the day tha5 Royal stated.  I would expect the same for this months cancellations so expect them just before November 30th.

The online TA be able to put a hold on the cabin until the FCC comes in.  BTW, Roysl probably has that same stateroom they just don’t show it on their consumer website.  If you call Royal they can hold the cabin for you until the FCC comes in.

There is a separate opt in that you must select for the cruise planner OBC otherwise they will do a refund. The link is on the e mail that you received. It covers all cruise planner purchases.
