Future Cruise Certificates

We have a booking to sail on Quest on May1st

I know sailings are now suspended until April 30th.

I think we will need to cancel our sailing for quite a number of reasons

Currently we have just paid our deposits as final balance is due on the 17th.

We are in the U.K. I know we can cancel and get FCC for our deposit which is a significant amount but can we put this directly to another sailing we have in November or do we have to book a brand new cruise?

I was allowed to transfer an FCC for the deposit for a cruise from October 20 to my already booked cruise for November 21. My travel agent sorted it out for me.
