B101 being a Premium Suite and S115 is a Vista Suite.

 

Borrowing from my reply on the Vista suite thread - Vista Suites are 441 sq ft. including a 112 sq ft balcony and Premium Suites are 554 sq. ft. including a 69 sq ft balcony.  It depends what is important to you: apart from the size of the suites and the smaller balcony in Premium Suites it's worth noting that a 3rd person would likely sleep on the pull out sofa which is in a different room (separated by a curtain) in a Premium Suite.

I think the larger balcony will win out over the larger inside cabin size for us.
