Zuiderdam cabin 4123 or 4124

Hello, we are lookin at a cruise with Zuiderdam and wonder if someone can help us understand how WINDY the balcony 4123 or 4124 are as its open on one side without divider to a next cabin... As there are the the life boats.

It would offer a wider view so we are intrigued by it...

 Any help and suggestions are appreciated.

I almost booked one of these cabins on the Noordam.  I can only speculate that while you'll get more light, it will be windier.  Not as windy as forward facing cabin due to the lifeboats nearby, but not as wind free as a "normal" verandah cabin.  Not sure how else to characterize it.
