I would definitely make alternate plans. We are sailing out of Bahamas in September I have an Oasis cruise that is a L&S for November 28th. It was a rock bottom price for a balcony, so I will keep it, make final payment in August, and L&S again if it is canceled. Under no circumstances am I booking anything else until cruises are back up and running.

If you cancel now and have a NRD, you will lose that. If they suspend, you will get 100% refund, or 125% FCC. Also book air through the cruise line, using book now, pay later. You won’t have to pay for flights until final, and will get a full refund if they suspend the sailing. Sorry, I said you'd lose the deposit if you cancel now. I was thinking of another line. You won't lose the deposit. If it's refundable, you'll get a refund. If it's non-refundable you'll get a 100% FCC for the amount.
